Philp-Wrights offer an in and out-of-warranty repair service for Bernina and bernette machines only. 

Broken or faulty machines must be dropped of in store at 123 Victoria Ave, Wanganui during business hours.

For non-warranty repairs an estimate will be provided before any work is done.
